How do I register?
- If you are a returning member, click the "Login" navigation tab and enter your user name and password from last year.
- If you are a new member, click on the "Registration" navigation tab and click the "Register Now" button at the bottom of the page.
- Fill out your Profile and Spare (Optional) information and click the "Register" button.
- An email will be sent to the email address you specified in your profile. You will need to click the link in the email in order to activate your account.
- You will then be considered an ONSPL member and Team Contacts can request for you to play on their team, or you can become a Team Contact yourself (see the "How do I become a Team Contact" section below).
How do I become a Team Contact?
- Once you have registered, log in to your account and click "MY ONSPL > My Team".
- You become a Team Contact by creating a team and putting in your information in either the Primary or Secondary Team Contact field.
How do I create a Team?
- Once you have registered, log in to your account and click "My ONSPL > My Team".
- Click "Add Team"
Note: If you are a returning team contact, you can migrate your last years team over to this year by logging in using your user name and password from last year. Click the "My ONSPL > My Team" tab, select your team(s) from the list and click "Migrate Team(s)". If you don't want to migrate your team(s) from last year and want to create a new team, click "Don't Migrate Team(s)". - Fill out your Team Profile and click "Submit".
- Your team has been created, but it must be approved by ONSPL to become an official team.
- Once approved, you will then be able to validate your roster.
- Once you're roster has been validated and you have paid your registration fees, your team is official.
How do I add players to my team roster?
- Once you have registered and created a team, log in to your account and click "MY ONSPL > My Team".
- Select the team you wish to add players to and click "Team Details".
- Click "Add Player". You will need to do the following for each player, one by one, that you wish to add.
- If the player you wish to add is already registered in the system, you can then search for them by filling in either their email address, first and last name, or date of birth. Clicking "Find Player" and click the "Add" button beside their name.

You can add a new player to the system by clicking the "Add New Player" button, filling in their information (first name, last name and email address at minimum). Click "Save Player". An email will be sent to the player requesting them to register to the ONSPL website and to fill in the rest of their remaining profile information. A team can not be validated until all of the players have filled out all of their profile information. - Once you have added the player, they will show up on your players list when you view your "Team Details".
How do I remove players from my team roster?
- Once you have registered and created a team, log in to your account and click "My ONSPL > My Team".
- Select the team you wish to remove players from and click "Team Details".
- Select the player you wish to remove.
- Click "Remove Player".
- Repeat this process to remove multiple players, one by one.
- Once you have removed the player(s), they will no longer show up on your players list when you view your "Team Details".
How do I edit players on my team roster?
- Once you have registered and created a team, log in to your account and click "My ONSPL > My Team".
- Select the team you wish to manage and click "Team Details".
- Select the player you wish to edit.
- Click "Edit Player".
- Update their information and click "Save Player".
- Repeat this process to edit multiple players, one by one.
How do I validate and print my team roster?
- Once you have registered and created a team which has been approved by an ONSPL administrator, log in to your account and click "My ONSPL > My Team".
- Select the team you wish to validate and click "Team Details".
- Click "Validate Roster".
- If an error message appears, scroll through your team list to find the player(s) who have a problem with their information.
- Select the player and click "Edit Player".
- Correct their information and click "Save Player".
- Click "Validate Roster" again.
- Once your roster has been validated, you will be able to click "Print Roster".
- A new window will open with a printable version of you roster.
- Select "File" > "Print" from the main menu in your browser and change the printing preference settings (Landscape or Portrait) if need be for best results.
How do I find spares to play for my team?
- Team Contacts can log in and navigate to their Team Details page (found under "My ONSPL > My Team").
- Click the “Spare List” button above your team roster to view the Spares List. Select a spare from the list and click the "Spare Details" button.
- You can choose to send the spare a message, a request for specific game(s), or a request to join your team for the remainder of the season.
- When you click the "Send" button, an email will be sent to the spare prompting them to log into the website to check their messages. They will then have the option to accept or decline your request.
- Check your messages under "My ONSPL > My Message Inbox".
How do I become a player on a team?
- If you have already registered, a team contact can do a search for your information and add you to their team roster.
- If you have not already registered, a team contact can add your name to their team roster and you will be sent an email requesting you to register on the ONSPL website.
- You can check which teams you are a player on by logging in and clicking "My ONSPL > My Team".
How do I become a spare?
- When you register, there is an option to sign up as a spare.
- If you have already registered, you can log in at any time, click on "My ONSPL > My Profile", change your spare information and click "Submit Changes".
- You can be a spare even if you are a player or team contact, but you can not play for more than one team in the same division.
- If you choose to be a spare, you will be put on the ONSPL Spares List. ONSPL Administrators and Team Contacts will be able to see your name and availability.
- When a Team Contact expresses a need for a spare, they can send you a message through the website and you will recieve an email promting you to check your messages (under "My ONSPL > My Message Inbox").
- You can send a message back to the Team Contact and choose to Accept or Reject the request.
How do I print my individual Team Schedule?
- When you log in, you will be automatically directed to the Members page (found under "My ONSPL > Members").
- A list of the teams you are associated with is displayed.
- Click on the "Print Schedule" link for the team schedule you wish to view.
- A pdf of your team schedule will open in a new window.
- Click "File > Print" from the main menu.
How do I input Player Stats?
- Only team contacts can submit individual player stats on a game-by-game basis.
- When you log in as a team contact, go to the Divisional Stats page (found under the "Stats" menu), choose your division, your team, and a game.
- Scroll down and click on the boxes in the player stats table for your team to input their stats.
- The stats are automatically saved when you press "Enter" or click outside of the box.
- The Hits, Batting Average, and Slugging Average columns are automatically calculated based on your other input.
- You can update/edit your players' stats at any time.
How do I submit Game Scores?
- Only team contacts can submit games scores.
- When you log in as a team contact, you will be automatically directed to the "Members" page (which can also be found under "My ONSPL > Members").
- A list of outstanding scores will be displayed.
- Selelct a game, fill in the scores, and click "Submit Score".
