The Ottawa-Nepean Slo-Pitch League (ONSPL) is the largest and longest running Slo-Pitch League in Ottawa. ONSPL has been around since 1981, has over 2000 members and associates and currently offers three categories (Mens, CO-ED and Womens) of play with multiple divisions.

The regular season starts in May running through August with tournaments throughout and playoffs in late August.
